Every now and then you get a dish right and want to cook it again some time.Caprifoolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17823497919645014311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6827221724008993549.post-62217227746798315242011-05-29T23:10:41.652+02:002011-05-29T23:10:41.652+02:00awesome! sounds divine!awesome! sounds divine!woolydaisyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12213217640973672202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6827221724008993549.post-39610701834743469342011-04-19T15:30:03.131+02:002011-04-19T15:30:03.131+02:00I put min in the oven in the morning and in the br...I put min in the oven in the morning and in the brine over night. I never trusted an oven to be on while I sleep. But that might just be me being overcausious :-)Caprifoolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17823497919645014311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6827221724008993549.post-61939053390138684072011-04-19T15:08:41.791+02:002011-04-19T15:08:41.791+02:00Sure, if I'm awake... But hubby is a carpenter among many other things so maybe he can make a hole :) He has to saw the leg off because the whole thing is too big for the oven so it needs a bit of carpenter work anyway.Barbro Heikinmattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15077584222677299445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6827221724008993549.post-2780740118430516522011-04-19T11:27:50.831+02:002011-04-19T11:27:50.831+02:00With the help of god and a power drill! And stick the thermemeter into the thickest part of the leg a few hours before I think it is done. By then it has thawed out in middle.Caprifoolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17823497919645014311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6827221724008993549.post-21731411874251964232011-04-19T09:24:09.723+02:002011-04-19T09:24:09.723+02:00How do I get a thermometer into the frozen meat?? ...How do I get a thermometer into the frozen meat?? Maybe I should just guess... The suggestion is very good! I'll take it from the freezer now. Served cold, thinly sliced with ratatoille and a potato gratin made with cream and LOADS of garlic. Just remember that the leg is not round like a moose steak, så use a thermometer rather than the normal hours per kilo. Smaklig spis! :-)Caprifoolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17823497919645014311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6827221724008993549.post-59682897339315716252011-04-18T20:07:18.307+02:002011-04-18T20:07:18.307+02:00Do you have anything just as tasty for a leg of mu...Do you have anything just as tasty for a leg of mutton? :) I'm out of ideas!Barbro Heikinmattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15077584222677299445noreply@blogger.com
